Born in Japan and raised in Hawai'i, Erika leads TruView's creative direction and client relationships. She focuses on keeping every project clear, approachable, and aligned with the people it serves, helping business owners feel confident throughout the process while creating solutions that support long-term growth.
Her path has taken her from working in hospitality in Waikīkī to teaching English in Japan and working on a remote farm in Northern California. Along the way she developed a diverse skill set and gained experience working with people from many different backgrounds and industries.
Today she focuses on helping business owners understand and implement AI in practical ways that save time, improve efficiency, and create new opportunities for growth. She believes technology should feel accessible, not overwhelming, and works to help owners feel clear, confident, and supported as they adapt to new tools and changing markets.
