Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TruView Systems (“TruView,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website and the services we offer to owner-led businesses. By using this site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a plan, book a consultation, or contact us, we collect what you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business name, a description of what you want to improve, and an approximate budget.
- Information stored in your browser. Some interactive features (for example, the AI team you assemble on the page) are saved locally in your own browser using local storage. That selection stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you submit it as part of a request.
- Usage and technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, to keep the site secure and working.
- AI voice conversations. If you affirmatively agree and start a voice conversation with Aloe, your audio, transcript, and related technical information are processed by TruView, ElevenLabs, and the service providers used to generate the conversation. We do not store call audio in the current TruView configuration. Conversation transcripts may be retained for up to 30 days for safety, quality review, and service improvement.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare your modernization plan.
- To provide, maintain, and improve our services and this site.
- To communicate with you about your request, a proposal, or scheduling.
- To protect the security and integrity of the site and to comply with the law.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, website hosting, email, form processing, and scheduling tools), and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If our business is ever transferred, information may be part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Third-party services
This site links to and uses third-party tools (such as scheduling and email services). The optional Aloe voice experience is powered by ElevenLabs and third-party model providers acting as service providers. Those providers process voice and transcript data to deliver the interaction and operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, and you may opt out of non-essential emails at any time. To make a request, email hello@truviewsystems.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we will honor applicable rights.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
